The hotel is with an area of (17200 m2) with seven-story of reinforced concrete-covered by stone of multiple shapes and colors, the building contains (105) rooms and 24 chalets, a restaurant, theater, great ballroom
The chalets of the building designed exteriorly in accordance with the old traditional style, were the stone and walls works are executed in an old mud forms, as well as the doors, windows and the distinctive woodworks in a shapes, colors and beautiful heritage decorations, in addition to that the external works.
